Origen Coffee

Origen Coffee was conceived as a budget brand targeted towards Latin American coffee drinkers residing in the US and sold in Latino grocery stores. An ancient Mayan solar calendar was customized to be the primary graphic element synbolizing the indigenous community, land and culture of the Latin American people. Hand drawn type and a bold black and orange color palette conveyed high value and premium taste. Sticker labels were created for coffee bag packaging and a slightly altered version with the addition of a coffee cup and coffee beans was used for the bottle packaging.
